Meditations
You are supposed to feel like you are not doing it right!
We all drift off, or have conversations in the middle of it.
Just feed the conversations into the candle flame - #1 meditation, or listen to a guided session #2 where you have to imagine things.
If you get sleepy, this is not meditation, this is sleep.
Best place to meditate - anywhere but your bedroom, brain associates sleep with bedroom! Try and go to the same spot regularly. First thing on waking, in standing.
5min is enough. You will do it hit and miss, keep coming back to it, like brushing your teeth.
